The login page

A username and password which is provided to you by your educational institution. It is important to note that your password must not be given to others. If another person has access to both your user name and password, this person can exploit your itslearning account.

To log in, go to https://www.itslearning.com, or your site's shortname URL, for example, https://yoursite.itslearning.com. If you use https://www.itslearning.com as a login page and your computer or device doesn't remember your last visit, you are redirected to a welcome page. Here you must select your organisation's site from the drop-down list before proceeding to the login page. To avoid landing on the welcome page, use the shortname URL to go directly to your site's login page.

Depending on your site's authentication method, you may see several options in addition to the itslearning login box.

Change language

You can select your preferred language from the drop-down list in the top right corner of the page.

Logging in to itslearning

1. Go to: https://www.itslearning.com or the shortname of your site (for example, https://yoursite.itslearning.com. If you land on the welcome page, select the site to which you belong from the drop-down and click Go to my site.
2. Enter your username.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click Log in.

Tip:If the login page has selected a site to which you do not belong, click the Not from [sitename] link to go to the welcome page. From this page you can select your preferred site and proceed to the login page again.

Logging out from itslearning

1. To log out, click on your name in the top right corner of itslearning.
2. From the drop-down menu, click Log out.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password itslearning can supply you with a new one.

1. Click the link Forgotten password? on the login page.
2. Enter the e-mail address you are registered with in itslearning.
3. Click Send request. If the information you entered was correct you will receive a new password from itslearning shortly.

First time login 

The first time you log in you are forwarded to a page that asks you to enter language and email address. See the screenshot.

The language you choose becomes your default itslearning language, the language itslearning uses once you have logged in. These preferences can later be changed from Your settings. Click Save to proceed to the main page.
