When you set an e-mail account as the default account, this account opens automatically when you click the Inboxtab. The internal messages are still there, but you have to click Internal messages in the navigation tree to access them. The default account also counts the new/unread messages in the top menu, but you can forward the internal messages to the e-mail address you have specified in Your settings >> Change details. This prevents you from missing important information. To set an e-mail account as default account:
- Click the Inbox link in the personal menu.
- In the navigation tree, click Message settings.
- In the Default account drop-down list, select the e-mail accounts you want to set as the default account.
- Click Save.
Tip: If you want to change the default account you repeat the above steps and click Save.
