Status and follow-up

The link to status and follow-up is located in the navigation tree. From the status and follow-up area, you can manage the grade book, track attendance, see an overview of the status of all elements in the course, and view reports (personal reports, progress reports, and assignment reports).

You can also manage the working and assessment portfolios in the course. The elements available in the status and follow-up overview can vary from course to course. All functions can be turned on and off in the course settings under "Functions".

Summary

In the summary you can view the status of different elements in the course (if they are read or completed). The format is for example:

5/17 Completed

This means that 5 out of 17 participants have completed this task. If all participants have completed the task the is replaced with a .

Assignment report

In the assignment report, you can view the status of each participant on the different assignments, their grades, and whether they have submitted before or after the deadline.

Progress report

The progress report shows the progress of the participants, measured against the compulsory elements the participants have completed. "Not completed" means that the participant has not completed all of the compulsory elements, while "Completed" means that all elements are completed.

Personal report

The personal report allows you to see the last visit of a participant to the course. If you click on each participants name, it shows a overview of the course content whether a participant has read the material, completed tests and assignments as well as the assessment and comments from the teachers.
